Sleep is an essential time for us to rejuvenate ourselves and prepare for the upcoming day to come. It's been normal for us to sleep at least 8 hours a day and wake up full of energy. However, ever heard some rise some doesn’t? In this article, we are going to delve into the secrets behind an interesting phenomenon which is death in sleep.

Death in sleep is not common in this world. However, some people around this world experience these interesting phenomena which are indeed confusing and sudden. Sleep is a dynamic process characterized by distinct stages, each serving unique functions in the body's physiological and psychological processes. 

One of the most common types of death in sleep is SUDS (Sudden Unexpected Death in Sleep) Which is a type of death in sleep when the person is healthy with no medical histories, but suddenly passed away in their sleep. No one can conclude what is the cause, as autopsy shows no results or causes.

As well as stress management and frequent meditational sessions. By doing these healthy habits, we can have a healthy body as well as the reduction of chances of death during sleep.
